In the given article the recommendations of construction of the diagram "moment-curvature" of statically-indefinite bending elements for the action of small-cycle repeated repeated load-loadings are given. On the basis of the analysis of experimental and theoretical studies, the features of the construction of the diagram are established «». In the process of testing the experimental samples, it is established that the curvature depends not only on the deflections but also on the deformations of the materials of the compressed and extended zones. In addition, it should be noted that the magnitude of the curvature is also affected by the rate of deformation of the concrete. The higher the level of application of the load, the greater the deformation of concrete in the same period of time. Also, the deformation of concrete in both compressed and stretched zones is affected by the repeated changeable load. From cycle to cycle of deformation grow, and hence the curvature also increases.
