Abstract

During construction monolithic multi-stored buildings, it is recommended to use tower cranes.

While choosing the method of transportation and laying of concrete mix at height, the method of "crane - bucket" is often used.

The method involves laying a concrete mixture in buckets. Buddy is installed on platforms, filled with concrete mix from concrete mixers or concrete trucks. Buddy with concrete mix is lifted by the crane and unloaded in a timbering in portions, with adjustment of an exit of mix.

The paper sets tasks to determine: 1 - variable operating and standard cost of the crane, 2 - reduced costs for concreting 1 cubic meter of floor slab, 3 - comparison of actual costs with regulatory.

The purpose of the work is to compare the actual variable operating cost of the tower crane with its standard cost.

In this work we examine the process of concreting a monolithic reinforced concrete floor slab during the construction of a 23-storey building.

The subject of the study is the variable operating and regular cost of the crane, capital investment for the purchase of assembly cranes, the cost of concreting 1 cubic meter of floor slab.

During determining the actual variable operating cost of the crane installation was determined: the estimated cost of installation of structures; specific capital investments for the purchase of assembly cranes; the costs of installation of structures. The results were compared with regular indicators.
