CALCULATON SUBSTANTION OF VIBRATION OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF MINE HEADFRAME

The article presents the results of the elastic-plastic analysis of the bearing structures of a steel mine headframe, as well as the results of numerical modeling of the influence of characteristic operational damages on the spectrum of frequencies of vibration of the structure. Elastic-plastic and modal analysis of the headframe structures is carried out on a bar computational model that was created in “SCAD” software complex. Based on the results of the elastic-plastic analysis of the mine headframe structures, its bearing capacity was set, and the key elements were identified, the destruction of which leads to an avalanche-like destruction of the structure. Monitoring the stress-strain state of key structural elements of a mine headframe allows for effective control of technical condition of the structure. Based on the data of previous studies of the regularities of physical wear of mine headframe structures, a numerical study of the influence of characteristic operational damages on spectrum of natural vibration frequencies of the structures under study was carried out. The effect of reducing the natural frequencies of the first five forms by 25... 47%. The results of which can be used for dynamic monitoring of the technical condition mine headframes.
