INFLUENCE OF VIBROPRESSING PARAMETERS ON OBTAINING HIGH-STRENGTH FINE-GRAIN CONCRETE BASED ON SEMI-DRY MIXTURES

Thepaperpresentstheresultsofstudyingtheinfluenceoffrequency, durationandmagnitudeofdynamicpressureonthecompactionoffine-grainedconcretewithhighstrengthcharacteristicssuchasultrahigh-performanceconcrete and reactive-powderconcrete. Theinfluenceofmixturemoistureonthecompactioncoefficientandstrengthofsuchconcreteisestablished. Theinfluenceofconcretecomposition, frequencyanddurationontheabilityofmixturestocompactduringvibropressinghasbeenstudied. Therelationshipbetweenthecontentofdispersedcomponentsintheconcretemixtureandthevibropressingfrequency, aswellasthemagnitudeofinertialloading, inrelationtotheimpactonthecompactionandstrengthofconcrete. Thepossibilityofobtainingvibropressedfine-grainedconcretefromsuperhardmixeswith a strengthofmorethan 90 MPaduetotheoptimalchoiceofconcretecomposition, vibrationfrequencyandloadsizeisshown. Obtainingultra-high-strengthreaction-powderconcreteispossibleduetothetreatmentofultra-hardmixturesatW/C = 0.18… 0.2 high-frequencyvibrationeffectsofhighintensitywiththesimultaneousactionofloading(pressure) 0.06… 0.1 MPa.
