Abstract

The selection of the optimal floor option for a residential building with commercial premises was conducted.

The options for arranging the floor for offices, namely: a floor made of ordinary ceramic tiles; parquet flooring; laminate; concrete coating were considered. All the necessary work to equip the floor with a rough screed has been considered. The following is an analysis of the materials that we will use, in one or another version of the floors, to perform a comparison of the cost of installing the floor.

The calculation of the cost of materials per 1 m2 of the floor and the calculation of capital investments in the base for construction work was made.

Determined annual operating costs for repair and restoration of floors. The calculation of the reduced costs was carried out and the conclusion and justification of the choice of options for further evaluation was made.
