Abstract

The article deals with a complex study aimed at analyzing and solving the problems related to the allocation of land for industrial facilities in the conditions of modern challenges and needs of infrastructure development. The study is based on the work of scholars who focused on various aspects, including the development of transport infrastructure, land reform, legal regulation of land use, alienation of land for public needs, and environmental security.

The author reveals the shortcomings of the existing system of allocating land for industrial facilities, in particular, inconsistency with European integration processes, the influence of military aggression, and the need to adapt to the latest geopolitical conditions. Legal approaches to improving the conditions for the allocation of land plots are indicated and changes to the current legislation aimed at optimizing the process of land allocation for industrial facilities are proposed.

The study emphasizes the importance of reforming the land management system, the need for transparency in the implementation of land auctions, as well as the protection of land ownership rights. Special attention is paid to the land inventory and the introduction of new land resources management tools, which should become the basis for the sustainable development of the industrial sector and the country's economy as a whole.
