Abstract

The options for arranging the roof with roofing materials were considered.

The selection of the best option of the roofing material during the arrangement of the roof was carried out.

The calculation of the cost of materials per 1 m2 of roofing and the calculation of capital investments in the base for construction work was made.

The annual operating costs for the repair and restoration of the roof were determined. The calculation of the reduced costs was carried out and a conclusion and justification of the choice of options for further evaluation was made.
